Have you ever wondered "What do I have to tell an employer about my disability?" or "Should I disclose my disability during an interview or wait until after I've been hired?" This workshop covers the common concern about when to tell an employer about a disability. Participants will learn about their rights and responsibilities under the ADA, how to disclose a disability, and the process for determining why a disclosure may be necessary.
