Work Incentives Planning & Assistance Program

A program for people receiving SSI or SSDI who are returning to work.

This project is for people with disabilities who receive either Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or both to understand and use work incentives to start to return to work.

A Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) works individually with people who are currently working or seeking a job and helps them to plan to build a more secure financial future through work incentives.

We can help you to understand how work affects a variety of benefits, such as Medicaid, Medicare Part A, B & D, SSDI, SSI, Food Assistance, Housing Subsidies, Veterans Benefits, and more.

The CWIC will help you to understand any risk involved and let you decide what you want to do. They will ask about your work history, disability and other related information.

Contact our Community Work Incentives Coordinators at (269) 345-1516 today!
