Disability Network welcomes your financial support!
Your financial gift enables us to provide the quality services people have come to expect from Disability Network Southwest Michigan.
An unrestricted gift is a donation that may be used for many things, including the money that must be raised locally in order to qualify for certain State or Federal grants. This local money (sometimes called "match" money) can help leverage additional funds to provide critical program support. Unrestricted donations are the most flexible and can be used to address emerging needs or to cover unexpected expenses.
A restricted gift is a donation that is used for the specific purpose a donor has in mind. For example, an individual may want to donate to our Ramp Up Project - a project that allows us to build ramps on homes for qualified people with disabilities. If a person chooses to donate to a specific program, they should indicate so on the memo line of their check.
A gift to our endowment fund at the Kalamazoo Community Foundation will ensure that the money you invest today will provide us with support in perpetuity.
Becoming a member of Disability Network is an additional way to support our mission and get involved in the disability rights movement.
